Agreement

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Prodaaps Venture Private Limited for use of Prodaaps. By using the website, mobile application, GPS tracking platform, or related services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and applicable Business Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally eligible to use the service or must be an authorized representative of a legal entity. Information provided for registration, billing, support, and service use must be accurate and kept updated.

Account confidentiality

You are responsible for your login credentials, password, sub-user access, and account activity. Do not share access with unauthorized persons. Notify support@prodaaps.com immediately if there is any unauthorized use, suspicious activity, or security breach.

Intellectual property

All software, website content, application content, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, reports, documentation, scripts, and related materials belong to Prodaaps Venture Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the intellectual property without written permission.

Software piracy

Unauthorized copying, sharing, bypassing, reverse engineering, or pirated use of Prodaaps software is prohibited. Suspected misuse may be reported to support@prodaaps.com or info@prodaaps.com.

Restrictions

• Do not use Prodaaps for hidden, illegal, or unauthorized tracking.
• Do not track any person, vehicle, or object without required permission or lawful authority.
• Do not attack, overload, scrape, bypass, reverse engineer, or damage the platform, APIs, protocols, servers, devices, or authentication controls.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.

Service disclaimer

Use of the service is at your own risk. GPS tracking depends on device power, GPS satellite lock, SIM/network availability, data plan, installation quality, server availability, and third-party systems. Service may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, unavailable, or incompatible in some circumstances.

Indemnity and liability

You agree to defend and hold Prodaaps Venture Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, service providers, and representatives harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, unauthorized tracking, misuse, or infringement of rights. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law and written agreement.

Changes to terms

Prodaaps Venture Private Limited may update these Terms of Use without prior notice. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.
