Delivery charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on product type, order value, seller/vendor, delivery location, courier availability, installation requirement, and approved quotation or invoice. Any applicable delivery charge should be reviewed before confirming the order.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability, stock location, payment confirmation, public holidays, Sundays, destination serviceability, and courier partner timelines. Some products may require procurement before shipping.

No hidden charges

Product/service prices should be shown in quotation, invoice, order summary, or approved plan. Taxes, delivery, installation, service, SIM, AMC, or other charges may apply where mentioned. Delivery charges, if applicable, are not hidden charges.

Serviceability

Some areas may not be serviceable due to courier limitations, legal restrictions, installation feasibility, product availability, or lack of reliable logistics partners. Customers must provide accurate address, PIN code, contact number, and installation location.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery, if available, depends on courier support, destination, order value, and company approval. Not all areas or orders may support COD.

Returns and pickup

For return, repair, or replacement, contact support@prodaaps.com or - with order/invoice details, product condition, and reason. If pickup is not possible, customers may be asked to return the item using a trackable courier as instructed by support.

Product availability tags

  • In Stock: Product is available and can be shipped according to normal delivery estimates.
  • Available: Product may be procured or arranged after order confirmation.
  • Pre-order: Product is expected later and will ship when available.
  • Out of Stock: Product is currently unavailable.
  • Imported: Product may take additional time due to sourcing or customs/logistics timelines.
  • Discontinued: Product is no longer available or supported for sale.

Damage, missing item, or delay

Report transit damage, missing items, wrong product, or unusual delivery delay as soon as possible with photos, invoice/order number, and courier details. Resolution may include inspection, replacement, repair, refund, or service support according to approval.
