Request account deletion

To request account deletion, email support@prodaaps.com.

Please include

• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address
• Company name
• Reason for deletion, if you want to share it

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days after verification.

After account deletion

• User login access is removed.
• Associated profile information is deleted where applicable.
• Tracking, invoice, service, and audit records may be retained where required for legal, audit, or business purposes.
