Agreement and scope
By using or purchasing services from Prodaaps, you agree to these Business Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. These documents explain the rights and obligations that apply to your use of the website, mobile application, GPS tracking service, hardware, software subscription, support, and related services.
Definitions
- Company: Prodaaps Venture Private Limited, operating the Prodaaps platform, address -.
- You: Any individual, company, authorized representative, customer, subscriber, purchaser, or user of Prodaaps services or products.
- Services: GPS tracking software, mobile application, website, reports, alerts, support, subscriptions, AMC, hardware, SIM/device lifecycle, and any related services provided through Prodaaps.
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to enter into this agreement or must be an authorized representative of a legal entity. You must provide accurate and complete account, billing, contact, and service information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in account restriction or termination.
Obligations
- Prodaaps will provide services in a competent and commercially reasonable manner.
- You must use the services only for authorized, lawful, and approved GPS tracking and fleet management purposes.
- You must cooperate with support, billing, installation, service, and compliance requirements connected with your account.
- You are responsible for user access, object assignment, account security, hardware care, SIM/network readiness, and lawful tracking consent.
Validity and payment
These terms apply from registration, subscription, purchase, service activation, or use of Prodaaps. Fees may apply for software subscription, AMC, hardware, SIM, installation, support, replacement, renewal, or other approved services. Payment is deemed accepted only after the payable amount is received through an approved payment method.
Prices and delivery
Prices, plans, subscription details, hardware availability, and service charges may change at the discretion of Prodaaps Venture Private Limited or according to quotation, invoice, plan, taxes, location, and customer agreement. Software access is usually enabled after payment/approval. Hardware delivery depends on stock, courier serviceability, installation schedule, and customer location.
Refund and return
Software subscriptions, active accounts, used services, AMC, and renewal payments may be non-refundable unless a written agreement, quotation, or applicable law states otherwise. Hardware return or replacement requests must be reported promptly with invoice/order details, condition, and reason. Returned hardware may be inspected before refund, repair, or replacement is approved.
Confidentiality and account security
You are responsible for keeping your account, password, sub-user access, and device information confidential. Any activity under your account is treated as your responsibility. Notify support@prodaaps.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or security breach.
Intellectual property
The website, mobile application, software, trademarks, logos, interface, reports, documentation, design, scripts, and related materials belong to Prodaaps Venture Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, lease, misuse, or exploit any part of the intellectual property except as permitted in writing.
Restrictions
- Hidden or unauthorized tracking is not allowed.
- Do not track a person, vehicle, or object without required permission from the owner or lawful authority.
- Do not send automated abusive requests, bypass authentication, reverse engineer protocols, damage systems, or misuse the service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your GPS tracking use complies with applicable laws.
Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided on an as-available basis and depend on GPS signal, device condition, SIM/network availability, power supply, server availability, installation quality, and third-party services. Prodaaps Venture Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible service in all circumstances. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and applicable written agreement.
Termination and changes
Accounts may be terminated by you or Prodaaps Venture Private Limited according to service status, violation, non-payment, misuse, legal requirement, or business decision. These terms may be updated and continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
Notices, governing law, and disputes
Official communication may be sent to support@prodaaps.com or info@prodaaps.com. These terms are governed by Indian law unless a written agreement states otherwise. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion before formal proceedings.
